MERT stands for Micro Excell
Remote Technician. It is a way for techs to see what you
see.
This will enable us to fix your computer without you
having to bring it in or have a technician
come to your location.
Is this secure? Yes it is, we can only
take over your computer if you allow us. Once the
session is over we will disconnect.
Is there a charge for this?
Yes there is, we offer several
plans.
$49.95 for the first 30 minutes
and $1.25 for each additional minute.
We also offer a yearly contract for $199.95 and includes
up to 400 minutes of support a 50% savings
off of the list price.
